Yoshinori has extensive experience in consulting global firms and wide variety of VC companies as a consultant as well as a venture capitalist in Japan. He has worked with not only Japanese companies but also global firms. He has served on the board members of many companies in Japan and the USA.

With about 30+ years of experience and prior to joining Hylman as a Partner in Japan, Yoshinori worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), Mitsui cooperation, PwC consulting and Eisai. He played an important role in maximizing company profitability and contributing on their clients’ value. He has also managed his own company, and consulted wide variety of companies from ventures to global firms.

Yoshinori received his education in Tokyo, Japan and LA, USA. He was awarded Master‘s degrees in Pharmaceutical Science and MBA. He has wide work experience such as pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions and consulting firms. His expertise is covering business planning including marketing/sales planing and fundraising. He has also strength in managing companies with his own experience as CEO/President.
