Dick was born in Amsterdam and received his education in The Netherlands and the UK. He was awarded a Master‘s degree in Business Economics and an international MBA degree with distinction. With over 30 years of international experience holding leadership positions in the global telecoms and technology industry, Dick is a seasoned senior executive leading consulting, transformation and outsourcing engagements at telecoms and high tech market players. His expertise is covering transaction, innovation, infrastructure, outsourcing and strategy related topics. His industry focus is TMT (Technology and Telecoms).

Prior to joining Hylman as its Managing Partner in BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg), Dick worked at leading industry giants including KPMG, PwC, Royal Philips and IBM, where he successfully led large international teams as Executive and Lead Partner. He played a decisive role in driving revenue increase and growing market presence significantly. He has been based in The Netherlands, Germany and Latin America, as well as worked in China, Southern Europe and USA. Parallel to his executive career path, he holds multiple advisory, supervisory or non-executive board positions at relevant ICT organizations in The Netherlands.

As of July 2023, Dick was promoted to hold the Global COO role at Hylman overseeing the operations of all offices and markets worldwide.
