Mohammed was born in Baghdad and received his education in Iraq. With over 30 years of international experience in leadership positions within global energy distribution and generation plants, he is a seasoned senior executive specializing in consulting, transformation, and outsourcing engagements in energy markets. His expertise encompasses innovation, infrastructure, energy, outsourcing, production, and strategic guidance.

Before joining Hylman as its Managing Partner in Iraq, Mohammed worked at leading energy distribution and generation plants, engineering services, operation and maintenance projects, construction, infrastructure, MEP projects, EPC projects, industrial production lines, factories, manufacturing processes, and oil and gas projects. He has collaborated with renowned agencies and companies including USAID, BECHTEL, PARSON, WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL INC. (WII), CORPS of ENGINEERS/USA, KAS PROM, and SAMSUNG ENGINEERING. In these roles, he successfully led large international teams as an Executive, Engineer, and Lead Partner, playing an active role in driving revenue growth and significantly increasing market presence.
