Before joining Hylman as its Managing Partner in Turkey, Alp has experience building/leading organizations/networks from scratch, and leading business, operations, projects, services, people, and resources. Alp has been offering cross-industrial expertise with a track record of delivering industry-leading performance in management consulting/advisory, automotive, energy, earthmoving machinery, and security services. He has worked and collaborated with many other domestic and multinational enterprises, such as, SABANCI HOLDING, MITAS, HIDROMEK, GENPOWER, SECURITAS, SPX, JCB, VOLVO, PERKINS, CUMMINS, ASHGAL, LUSAIL, SIF, KOC, MOD, KCETAS, TEIAS, ENERJISA, HAVELSAN, ASELSAN, ZORLU, HUAWEI, TEKFEN,  (IGA/EGA), STATTNET, TURKMENPORT, TUPRAS, etc. In these roles, he successfully managed management consultancy projects, EPC projects, site projects, industrial production lines, factories/warehouses/facilities, manufacturing and service processes in large international and multicultural teams as a Managing Partner, Executive, Director, Manager and Team Manager, playing an active role in driving revenue growth and increasing market presence for propelling companies to the next level in the journey of industry-leading leadership in the  in terms of market share, profit, quality, efficiency, growth customer retention.
