His professional journey before joining Hylman as the Senior Partner in North Africa is marked by diverse and high-level roles across both the private sector and international organizations. Jean-Luc has served as CEO for French company subsidiaries abroad, spearheaded the development of the Euro-Mediterranean energy partnership for the European Commission, and represented the United Nations Industrial Organization in Iran and Morocco. Beyond these roles, he has contributed as a senior expert to the European Commission and various entities, conducting policy reviews, energy strategy development, and economic analyses. His work spans the Mediterranean, sub-Saharan Africa, the Balkans, and the Pacific and Caribbean regions. Additionally, Jean-Luc offers consultancy services to foreign enterprises in Morocco and beyond, specializing in energy, environment, industry, and biotechnology sectors.

Jean-Luc's extensive experience in Morocco and numerous international assignments have also taken him to France, Belgium, Gabon, Lebanon, and Iran.
