With expertise in critical management, Mohammed has successfully directed roles in corporate communication and public and government affairs. Prior to joining Hylman as the Managing Partner in Saudi Arabia, Mohammed held crucial positions such as Member of the Organizing Committee for the Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh, Board Member of the Saudi Aramco Corporate Innovation Board, Board Member of the Saudi Aramco Corporate Knowledge Management Board, and Head of Operational Excellence for Saudi Aramco Public Affairs.

In his role at the Saudi Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources, Mohammed served as Executive Director of the Future Minerals Forum and Advisor to the Vice Minister for Mining Affairs. He united ministers and high-level government representatives globally to drive discussions dedicated to creating resilient and responsible mineral value chains in North Africa, Western, and Central Asia. 

Throughout his career, notable achievements include streamlining international collaborative platforms, initiating and launching significant ministerial roundtables, and developing strategic public and corporate affairs frameworks. Mohammed has played a fundamental role in enhancing financial systems, drafting policies, and improving performance management platforms.

Mohammed holds an MBA from the University of Hull, UK, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, USA. Known for being goal-oriented and performance-driven, he has also achieved top scores in the Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Test and is a licensed private pilot.
