Prior to joining Hylman as its Managing Partner over Malaysia and Indonesia, Dr. Nazily has been instrumental in shaping and advancing organizations with radical transformation. He advises CEOs, Executive Teams, and Boards on aligning strategy with transformation to achieve impactful organizational value.

Besides his role at Hylman, Dr. Nazily sits as President of a manufacturing company, deputy President at the Malaysian Green Business, and as a Chairman and Director across more than 17 companies beyond that.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Nazily is a passionate gardener. During weekends, he dedicates time to his family, cherishing moments with his wife and their accomplished daughter, who excelled as an engineering graduate too from University of PETRONAS.

Notable achievements include:

•           Serving as Senior CEO (APAC) for a distinguished Arab International Group, securing billion-dollar hydro projects, green technology and mega tenders.

•           Leading negotiations for floating solar farms and waste-to-energy projects in Thailand.

•           Managing the aerospace engineering division as Group CEO for DRB-HICOM Group, reducing customer issues by 50%, introducing LEAN concepts, and initiating the production capability index (PCI) for enhanced production yield.

•        Steering growth and change management for Malaysian Green Technology Corporation under government of Malaysia, overseeing the electric vehicle roadmap, a 20-year business strategy, and the green technology roadmap for the country.

•            Turning around Boeing Manufacturing Company in Malaysia within 8 months, boosting PBIT, and transforming Volex Malaysia into profitability within 5 months, accompanied by a sustainability growth strategy.
