Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in management consulting, advisory, and strategic counsel, coupled with a proven track record of delivering impactful results at the highest level. As a key member of our C-suite, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, overseeing global markets, guiding diverse teams, and driving innovative strategies that redefine industry standards and deliver exceptional value worldwide.

What you will do

As a member of Hylman’s C-suite, you will be entrusted with more than the typical responsibilities associated with executive roles. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative strategies that drive our global objectives and developments, exceed targets, and ensure sustainable growth across all business verticals. Working under the direct leadership of the CEO and President, and in close collaboration with the other C-level executives, you will oversee and work with all Partners, markets and offices worldwide, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Your role will be critical in guiding both new and existing initiatives, maximizing commercial opportunities, and ensuring all teams are on track to meet their ambitious goals. Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee Hylman’s global offices, people, and markets, driving performance and strategic growth respective to your C-level role.
  • Utilize your extensive network and industry influence to acquire new clients, penetrate new markets, and retain high-value engagements, ensuring continuous revenue growth and market leadership.
  • Own the full lifecycle of client acquisition, from sourcing and negotiation to closing and retaining contracts, achieving aggressive KPIs with a focus on results and sustainable relationships.
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for business growth, with contingencies in place to navigate the complexities of global markets and ensure long-term success.
  • Bring a unique approach and methodology that provides a competitive advantage, delivering exceptional client outcomes and positioning Hylman at the forefront of the consulting industry.
  • Work closely with other C-levels, partners, and teams across the globe, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and mutual success.
  • Uphold the highest standards of international compliance, best practices, and group policies, ensuring every action aligns with our values and market expectations.
