With over 30 years of experience and prior to joining Hylman as its Managing Partner in Korea, Sungil successfully led industry giants including as the CEO of the TMAX Group, CEO of Deloitte Korea, and tech strategy leader of PwC Korea.

Through his tenure as the Managing Partner (CEO) of Deloitte Consulting Korea, where he spent 10 years at, Sungil managed Korea's strategy and contributed to global policies and services, sales and expansion of scale. In particular, with more than 250 people in 6 multi-function organizations within consulting, Sungil has successfully led revenue growth of more than 40% every year. As the first IT expert of Deloitte Consulting Korea to take office as CEO, he showed new leadership in the digital era, and is exerting various influences as a leader in Korean society.

As the sole global leader of Deloitte's Global Top Account Program (Crown Jewel), Sungil oversaw the business of Samsung Electronics and Samsung Group affiliates around the world, managing more than 100 Deloitte employees in 35 countries. He successfullyestablished and implemented the Samsung Group's global business strategy for all Deloitte services, including audit, tax, M&A, and consulting services, achieving over US$30M in net revenue and the highest annual growth rate of over 12%.

As an influential leader in Korea within the TMT (High Technology, Media, Telecommunication) industry, Sungil supported collaborationsbetween global organizations and within Korean corporations include SI companies, provided global knowledge to customers, and conducted various global surveys and events (CES, MWC, etc.) that were successfully led.
